Two bills were unanimously approved by the Constitutional Council today after being proposed by the Koru, working alongside the Prime Minister.

The National Security Act 2025 and the Terrorism Act 2025 establish national security, terrorism law and related offences, whilst giving the Government the powers that it needs to combat any future threats and protect national integrity and the safety of Hokorians.

Their Majesty’s Office has also announced that the Cabinet will convene to discuss proscribed organisations, with the aim of the meeting being to create the Registry of Proscribed Organisations.
