Earlier this week, the Ministry of Digital Development indefinitely suspended services to Stret Merdhin and Trevethan.
In a statement, Their Majesty the Koru, and Minister for Digital Development, Willow I said:
The decision was made on November 11 to suspend services to Stret Merdhin and Trevethan.
Before this time, the Ministry generously offered web hosting, email handling and DNS services to the governments of Stret Merdhin and Trevethan under an informal arrangement.
It is the MDD’s responsibility to act in the nation’s best interest and we no longer felt that it was in our best interest to provide services to Stret Merdhin and Trevethan.
A set of terms and conditions for MDD services has also been published, applicable to new clients of the MDD.
