Their Majesty the Koru, Willow I, has dismissed the Speaker of the Assembly, Mats Seifert, from his position and has assumed all related duties.
In a statement to the floor, Willow I said:
I have made this action with the nation’s best interests in mind and to allow for the Assembly’s duties to be carried out faster. I mean no harm or disrespect to The Right Honourable Mats Seifert, who will of course retain his position as Member of the Assembly.
The Koru has used their powers under the Constitution by issuing a Constitutional Order.
