The Koru has issued a Constitutional Order in accordance with the Regency and Succession Charter to declare a regency. The Council of Officers takes the Koru’s powers and duties to ensure continuity of governance.
Under Section 11, the regency will remain in place until the Koru resumes authority or a new Koru takes office.
