Their Majesty the Koru, Willow I has shared the following statement:

I want nothing more than the best for the Hokorian State and its people. Since founding Hokoria, first as the Republic of Aweland, I have met many fun and interesting people- some of these I consider to be my closest friends.

Hokoria isn’t what it used to be and whilst I have always stated that Hokoria must be a nation that should change- I feel that the change we have seen has been at a great cost. We have lost our community.

Community has always been at the heart of everything I wanted for Hokoria. At the moment, we are essentially a state running without a people. Our government is entirely disproportionate to our active community which has been dwindling for the last year.

Against the advice of the Prime Minister, I am considering what is next for the Hokorian State. I do not feel that our current path is sustainable and I do not see how Hokoria in its current trajectory will survive.
