Parliament has prohibited any non-citizen with an active warrant issued by the International Criminal Court (ICC) from entering the Hokorian State’s territory.

It was motioned by the Koru on Sunday and was passed in Parliament on Tuesday.

Their Majesty the Koru, Willow I said:

This is a symbolic act. We don’t like war criminals and genociders. Everyone in the world should be held to account.

The Hokorian State has not ratified the Rome Statute.
