The Koru’s Office is pleased to share the results of the August 2026 Parliamentary election. The following candidates are elected:

• WARD, Asa (Rose Party)
• HOPKINSON, Cyrus (Rose Party)
• GALEWELAGE, Viduna (Independent)
• SLANT, Christopher Felix (Rose Party)
• CAMPBELL, Freya (Social Democratic Alliance)
• MOEEZ, Abdul (Aam Log Party)
• REYES, Dayvian (Hokorian Liberal Democratic Party)

As such, the Rose Party will continue to serve in Government. Galewelage, Campbell, Moeez and Reyes will be invited to form the opposition.

The election had a turnout of 16.95%. No ballots were invalid.

The Koru’s Office was unable to send out the voting reminder to citizens due to using a new email system which prevents us from sending emails without leaking every recipient. We take information security seriously in accordance with our data protection obligations under both Hokorian law and GDPR.

The lack of an email notification likely had a significant impact on turnout.
