Bushistan, Curnon and Hokoria have signed the Serenia Treaty on the IUCC, which reforms the IUCC entirely. The President of Bushistan, Grand Premier of Curnon and the Koru said:

A major new chapter begins for the International Union for Cooperation and Communities. Bushistan, Curnon and Hokoria have officially signed the landmark Serenia Treaty, adopting a comprehensive new Charter that establishes a true, fully structured Union.

This new Charter transforms the IUCC into a robust international body featuring its own two-chamber legislature, democratic representation, an independent Union Court and clear executive powers.

Crucially, democracy will be at the very heart of the Union, ensuring every state retains its national sovereignty while joining together to build shared law, peace and sustainable progress.

The IUCC is the will of the people, across many states.

We are all excited for the first Union Chamber election which will conclude no later than the end of October. In the meantime, Bushistan, Curnon and Hokoria have initiated a co-Presidency and will be working to write and enact the first core laws of the IUCC.

The new Charter establishes democratic functions and obligations for the Hokorian State, including regular Union Chamber elections for the Hokorian State’s one elected seat.
