Fundamental rights

Under the Constitution, Hokorians and foreigners have certain ‘fundamental rights’. These rights are protected and considered to be at the core of Hokoria.

The rights

Article 2 of the Constitution sets out different rights, including:

  • The rights of life, humanity and integrity
  • The rights of movement
  • The rights of privacy
  • The rights of expression and assembly
  • The rights of belief
  • The rights of information
  • The rights of property
  • The rights of commercial engagemnt
  • The rights of health and resources
  • The rights of education
  • The rights of justice
