MyHok will be an online system to replace services/forms and make it easier for citizens to see their own information that the government holds about them.

It will replace NICs (National Identification Codes) with an account based system- citizens will be required to log in for some security critical services such as voting.

What will MyHok do?

• Allow you to view your citizen record
• Allow you to view when your citizen record has been accessed
• Allow you to track the status of services/forms you submit
• Allow you to receive secure messages from the government
• Automatically fill out some services/forms with your citizen record

How do I create an account?

All citizens will be enrolled into the MyHok system. Upon launching, all citizens will be sent an email notification informing them that they can sign up.

When signing up, you will be asked to verify that the information we hold about you is correct- you’ll be given the chance to correct anything that isn’t right.

Non-citizens will not be able to have a MyHok account, except in specific circumstances at the Koru’s Office’s discretion.

What if I have issues?

If you have any issues with MyHok, whether that’s with your account or with completing forms, you’ll be able to get help.

Government staff will be able to help you fill out forms, or even fill them out on your behalf (pending changes to legislation).
