Assembly Intervention Order, 2026

A Constitutional Order to intervene in the Assembly by dismissing the incumbent Speaker and to provide for the Koru’s assumption of the Speakership.

ENACTED by the Koru of the Hokorian State under the Constitution of the Hokorian State.

Part I- Preliminary

Section 1- Title

1. This Order may be cited as the Assembly Intervention Order.

Section 2- Commencement

1. This Act shall come into force on a date appointed by the Koru of the Hokorian State.

Part II- Assembly

Section 3- Speakership

1. Using my powers under Section 26 of the Constitution of the Hokorian State-
   1. The Right Honourable Speaker, Mats Seifert, is hereby dismissed from his duties as Speaker of the Assembly-
      1. With myself as Koru of the Hokorian State taking his duties as the Speaker of the Assembly with immediate effect;
      2. With Mats Seifert remaining a Member of the Assembly.
2. Whilst serving in the capacity of Speaker, formal presentation shall be bypassed and assent shall be granted or denied on the Assembly floor.
