Electoral Officer Order

A Constitutional Order to establish an Electoral Officer to support the Koru of the Hokorian State with the calculation of electoral results.

ENACTED by the Koru of the Hokorian State under the Constitution of the Hokorian State.

Section 1- Electoral Officer

  1. The Koru of the Hokorian State may establish the position of, and appoint or dismiss, an Electoral Officer within the Koru’s Office to oversee the calculation of electoral results alongside the Koru of the Hokorian State.
  2. An individual may be appointed as an Electoral Officer if-
    • They are a Citizen; and
    • They are eligible to vote themselves.
  3. When conducting their duties, the Electoral Officer shall-
    • Be directly monitored by the Koru of the Hokorian State; and
    • Be provided only with anonymised data verified by the Koru of the Hokorian State.
