A constitutional order to establish Ministries, Departments and Offices and their structures, as required under the Constitution of the Hokorian State.
ENACTED by the Koru of the Hokorian State under the Constitution of the Hokorian State.
Section 1- Portfolio for Home Affairs
- The portfolio holder for Home Affairs shall be responsible for national security, integrity and national development.
- The portfolio holder for Home Affairs shall be known as the Minister for Home Affairs, and may be responsible for other portfolios as appointed in accordance with the Constitution.
- The portfolio holder for Home Affairs shall be responsible for a Ministry of Home Affairs, which shall be the ministry that assists the Minister for Home Affairs in executing their duties and powers in accordance with the Constitution.
Section 2- Portfolio for Foreign Affairs
- The portfolio holder for Foreign Affairs shall be responsible for relations and diplomacy with foreign nations and territories, cooperation with foreign governments and supporting Hokorians abroad.
- The portfolio holder for Foreign Affairs shall be known as the Minister for Foreign Affairs, and may be responsible for other portfolios as appointed in accordance with the Constitution.
- The portfolio holder for Foreign Affairs shall be responsible for a Ministry of Foreign Affairs, which shall be the ministry that assists the Minister for Foreign Affairs in executing their duties and powers in accordance with the Constitution.
Section 3- Portfolio for Justice and Enforcement
- The portfolio holder for Justice and Enforcement shall be responsible for applying the law, enforcing compliance of the law and seeing that justice takes place.
- The portfolio holder for Justice and Enforcement shall be known as the Minister for Justice and Enforcement, and may be responsible for other portfolios as appointed in accordance with the Constitution.
- The portfolio holder for Justice and Enforcement shall be responsible for a Ministry of Justice and Enforcement, which shall be the ministry that assists the Minister for Justice and Enforcement in executing their duties and powers in accordance with the Constitution.
Section 4- Portfolio for Culture and Engagement
- The portfolio holder for Culture and Engagement shall be responsible for cultural celebration, recognition of identities and for engaging with Hokorians.
- The portfolio holder for Culture and Engagement shall be known as the Minister for Culture and Engagement, and may be responsible for other portfolios as appointed in accordance with the Constitution.
- The portfolio holder for Culture and Engagement shall be responsible for a Ministry of Culture and Engagement, which shall be the ministry that assists the Minister for Culture and Engagement in executing their duties and powers in accordance with the Constitution.
Section 5- Portfolio for Digital Development
- The portfolio holder for Digital Development shall be responsible for digitalisation, digital services, cyber security and digital development.
- The portfolio holder for Digital Development shall be known as the Minister for Digital Development, and may be responsible for other portfolios as appointed in accordance with the Constitution.
- The portfolio holder for Digital Development shall be responsible for a Ministry of Digital Development, which shall be the ministry that assists the Minister for Digital Development in executing their duties and powers in accordance with the Constitution.
Section 6- Interim Cabinet
- Christopher Slant shall be appointed as the Prime Minister of the Hokorian State in interim until the election of a Prime Minister as required under the Constitution.
- Sakura Walsh shall be appointed as the Deputy Prime Minister of the Hokorian State in interim until the election of a Prime Minister as required under the Constitution.
