Willow I is the Koru and founder of the Hokorian State. They are a resident of the Dama province, having lived in West Yorkshire for their entire life. Willow is openly non-binary and is 19 years old.

Outside of Hokoria, they work with local authorities in West Yorkshire and have given evidence to the UK Parliament Joint Committee on Human Rights. They are also a student.
