Your Passport
Hokorian passports, including Regular, Official, Diplomatic, and Royal Passports, are governed by the following terms:
Ownership and Revocation
- All Hokorian passports are issued under the authority of Their Majesty’s Royal Office.
- Passports remain the property of Their Majesty’s Royal Office at all times.
- Passports may be revoked, withdrawn, or cancelled at the sole discretion of Their Majesty’s Royal Office.
- Upon revocation or cancellation, the passport must be surrendered immediately.
- Their Majesty’s Royal Office retains the right to seize the passport directly or through authorised agents and partners.
- Non-authorised entities may also be requested to seize the passport on behalf of Their Majesty’s Royal Office.
Alterations
- Unauthorised alterations to the identity section of a passport are strictly prohibited.
- Any unauthorised alteration renders the passport invalid and may constitute fraud or other legal offences.
- Alterations to the identity section are permitted only with explicit prior authorisation from Their Majesty’s Royal Office (e.g., adding a signature to the designated area).
Usage and Recognition
- Their Majesty’s Royal Office provides no guarantee that the passport will be recognised as a valid form of identification by third parties.
- No assurance is given that the passport will be accepted for international travel or entry at any border.
Your Rights
Damaged or Erroneous Passports
- If a Hokorian passport is delivered in a damaged condition or contains errors attributable to the issuing authority, the holder is entitled to a full refund of any fees paid.
- Claims must be reported and submitted within 30 calendar days of receiving the passport.
- Claims submitted after the 30-day period will not be eligible for a refund.
- All claims must follow the procedures outlined by Their Majesty’s Royal Office.
Recognition within Hokoria
- A Hokorian passport is recognised as valid identification and conclusive evidence of Hokorian nationality by:
- The Hokorian Government.
- Entities lawfully operating within the Hokorian State and Hokorian Serenia.
