The Hokorian Criminal and Civil Court Act, 2025 has been passed by the Hokorian Assembly and granted assent by the Koru.
The Act, proposed by Aurora d’Orléans MA repeals the Koru’s Court Act, 2025 and replaces the Koru’s Court with two new courts- the Court of the Star Chamber and the High Court of Justice.
The Court of the Star Chamber is responsible for criminal preceedings, whereas the High Court of Justice is responsible for civil preceedings.
