Election timeline
Candidate registrations are opening immediately, facilitated by the Hokorian Assembly. Party registrations are already open.

Information for voters
All Hokorian nationals will be able to vote in the February 2025 snap election. Ballots will be submitted online at hokoriagov.net/vote.
Voting opens on the 6th February 2025, for 48 hours only. After this, no ballots will be accepted. In order to vote, you’ll need your full name, date of birth and email address.
Hokorian nationals do not need to register in order to vote, as your records should already be accessible and verifyable.
Information for foreigners
Foreigners are not able to vote in the February 2025 snap election, however it is possible to Apply for Hokorian citizenship in time for the election.
Information for candidates
All Hokorian nationals can become a candidate in the February 2025 snap election, but you’ll need to notify the Hokorian Assembly that you’re running as a candidate. There is only one seat available.
Notifications close on the 5th February 2025. You’ll need to provide your citizenship, full name, date of birth, email address and party affiliations. You’ll also need to agree to the Electoral Code.
Once notifications close, you will not be able to withdraw from the election. You do not need to have a party affiliation to run as a candidate, and you are allowed to vote for yourself in an election.
Information for party officials
Political parties are advised to support their affiliated candidates with their notification to run as a candidate. We do not require verification.
