Protection from harm
No person may:
- harass, intimidate or improperly influence a participant in proceedings
This applies to victims, witnesses and other participants.
Court protections
The Court may issue orders to protect individuals.
This can include measures to:
- protect privacy
- prevent intimidation or interference
- support minors or vulnerable persons
Closed or restricted proceedings
In some cases, the Court may limit access to proceedings or information to protect individuals.

Participation in proceedings
Victims and witnesses may provide evidence and take part in proceedings as required.
They are entitled to do so without improper interference.
